(Photo by Nopparat Kingkaew)SURIN - A man who allegedly opened fire on his neighbours while they were giving alms to monks was arrested in Muang district on Friday morning, two days after the attack that left one person dead and three others seriously wounded. Mr Decha, 38, allegedly fired rifle shots from his house at neighbours giving alms to two monks across the road in Ban Kraporsapuam village in tambon Tha Sawang around 6.20am on Tuesday. The shots killed Sainoi Puangyeesoon, 40, and badly wounded his son Anuparb Puangyeesoon and two women. Police found an M16 rifle, a smoke bomb, a bullet-proof vest and two loaded bullet clips in the suspect’s bedroom.
